Megan Dwyer

Megan Dwyer, LCSW, CEAP, CCTP, SAP, serves as Director at LECSA. A licensed clinical social worker with a deep commitment to service, Megan brings strong clinical expertise, strategic thinking, and heartfelt passion to her role. She is dedicated to strengthening community connections and making it easier for all individuals to access meaningful support. She serves as Vice President on the LI EAPA Board, and is an active committee member for EAC Network's summer social, an event that raises funds for the Children’s Advocacy Center.

Through short-term counseling, HR/supervisor consultation & leadership coaching, Megan supports the public & our Employee Assistance Program members with care and clarity. She values collaboration at every level and is driven by a belief in collective impact—working together to be part of something bigger than ourselves.
