Millie Andino

Millie Andino, LMSW, CASAC, SAP, serves as an EAP Specialist at LECSA, where she brings compassion, dedication, and a wealth of experience to her work with union members and their families. A licensed master social worker, Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor, and DOT-qualified Substance Abuse Professional, Millie blends clinical expertise with a deeply human approach, and is bilingual in Spanish! 

Known for her calm presence and thoughtful care, Millie supports individuals through counseling, substance use assessments, and critical incident response. She knows how to both challenge and validate her members, tell it how it is, and collaborate. She is committed to creating a safe, supportive space where members feel heard, respected, and empowered. Millie believes in the power of trust and connection as the foundation for healing and growth.
